Both factions of Nepal communist party padlock party office in Okhaldhunga

Cadres of both factions of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), the KP Oli faction and Prachanda-Madhav faction, padlocked the party office in Okhaldhunga.
The cadres of Prachanda -Madhav faction changed the old lock and installed a new one December 26. Meanwhile, on December 27 morning the cadres of Oli faction again put a new lock.
