Civil Movement in Chitwan protested against the attack on the constitution by displaying placards with various slogans on December 27 against the dissolution of the parliament alleging the move as reactionary and unconstitutional. The protest program was attended by poets, writers and independent conscious citizens.

Civil Movement Chitwan has issued a press release stating that it will hold more protests and precautionary programs. It is also mentioned in the release that the protest program will continue in the coming days.
