Omkar Yadav, a local of Jatuwa, was brutally beaten in Biratnagar Metropolitan City-14 on the charge of stealing a bicycle by his neighbours Siyaram Yadav, his two sons and his wife on December 29.
Meanwhile, Siyaram Yadav said that Omkar had stolen and sold his bicycle. Omkar said that their bicycle was lost 2-3 months ago and that he could not move due to the beating.
