By Mahima Devkota, Kathmandu, Dec. 30: The Bibeksheel Sajha Party staged a peaceful demonstration in Basantapur today against the Prime Minister's action of dissolving the parliamentary body.
The Khaijadi (traditional Nepali music instrument) songs were played, poems recited and speeches delivered by the party members to show the dissatisfaction over the dissolution of the parliament.
Sanjay Baral, Central Committee Member of the Bibeksheel Sajha Party, said that it was a protest of the party against the decision of the PM.
He added that instead of providing vaccination and making a tactful plan to manage the COVID-19 crisis, PM Oli took a wrongful move for his vested interest.
Amit Pathak, another CC member of the party, sang a protest song against the move of the PM Oli.
