An Indian tailor stabbed to death in Kathmandu

Kalam Miya, a tailor from Bihar, was stabbed to death with a pair of scissors by his colleague Subodh Sharma at Balaju Bypass in Kathmandu on January 5. Miya and Sharma both worked at Miya's father's sewing factory. The accused was arrested from Pharping.   

Preliminary investigation by the police revealed that Subodh attacked Miya over an old dispute.  Subodh has given a statement to the police saying that he retaliated after Miya tried to hit him with a rod.
