A student wing of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP), the All Nepal National Free Students' Union (ANNFSU), has protested against the government by showing Drinking Water minister Mani Thapa black flags. After arriving at a place named Bohara in Ward 4 of the Bheri Municipality of Jajarkot on January 6, Minister Thapa was shown the black flag.
All-Party leader Surendra Basnet said that by announcing the second stage of agitation against the government since January 5, ANNFSU began displaying the black flag to the ministers.
