A civil protest was carried out against Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli’s move of dismantling the House of Representatives (HoR) and in favour of protecting the country’s Constitution.

Demonstrators including Dr KC were holding placards that read ‘House of Representatives cannot not be killed’, ‘We don’t need an autocratic government’, ‘Protect the Constitution’, ‘Maintain judicial governance’, among others things.

On the occasion, Dr KC took the opportunity to address the people who had gathered in protest.
