ANNFSU protest in front of the Chief Minister's Office in Lumbini Province

All Nepal National Free Students Union (ANNFSU)-Rupandehi, a student group of Nepal Communist Party, staged a protest in front of the Lumbini provincial office in Butwal on January 13 against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.
The protesting students demanded the government to take back the unconstitutional step of parliament dissolution, to ban Indian Media Zee News in Nepal for spreading misleading propaganda about Mount Everest and to control the inflation. The protestors alleged Sudhir Chaudhary, a journalist of Indian Zee News, of attacking Nepal and Nepali independence from the Everest base camp.
