Kavre/June 13 Area Police Office Banepa has arrested Dinesh Bajgain, 25, of Maajgaun in Ugrachandi Nala VDC-5 on June 13 on charge of raping two minor girls on June 7. According to locals, the accused was apprehended by them twice before while attempting to rape the girls and released later on condition of not repeating such act. The locals handed him over to the police after calling him under the pretext of making an agreement while he was absconding after the raping the girls. The girls are aged 7 and 8. Medical test of the victims was conducted at Dhulikhel hospital.
