Baglung/ June 16 The district police office of Baglung has arrested Chandi Prasad Roka, 40, of Tara Khola VDC-7 on June 15 on charge of attacking his wife Bhimkala Rokaya with an axe. He attacked Bhimkala with an axe on the night of June 4 accusing her of not preparing dinner for him, said information officer Shailendra Khadka of district police office. The victim sustained a serious injury on her head and is undergoing treatment at Manipal teaching hospital at Pokhara after she could not be treated at Dhaulagiri Zonal hospital. The accused has been arrested by the police for the further investigation.
