Prachanda-Madhav faction released black balloons in Pokhara against dissolution of parliament

Youth Association Federation closer to the Prachanda-Madhav faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) released black balloons in the air at Chipedhunga of Pokhara, as a protest against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.
A team of youths led by Bhojraj Poudel, president of the National Youth Association, Kaski, had flown black balloons in air by tightening different slogans against the government.
