Black balloons relased in air at Dang against the dissolution of parliament

National Youth Federation closer to the Prachanda-Madhav faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP), released black balloons in the air at Dang, as a protest against the dissolution of the House of Representatives.
A central member of the federation and district in-charge Saroj Pant said that black balloons were flown against regression.
