Locals protest against the decision of relocating ward office in Birgunj

Locals of Birgunj Metropolitan ward no 25, Parsa, staged a demonstration after the decision to relocate the ward office from Dryport to Sirsiya . They burned tyres on Monday in front of the old ward office alleging ward chairperson Bisraj Raut Kurmi had decided for relocating ward office.
The villagers had also stopped a tractor carrying goods from the old ward office.
