Police arrested 36-year-old Raj Timalsina of Banskhandi in Heatuda sub- metropolitan-2 on January 25 on the charge of injuring 25-year-old Niraj Maniyar of Sanopokhara in Hetauda Sub-Metropolitian-4 by hitting him with the wooden plank.

Raj attacked Niraj as he allegedly assaulted a 22-year-old woman living in the same area. Niraj is admitted in the hospital for treatment while police are further investigating the case.
