Five Biplov cadres arrested from Rukum West

Five cadres of CPN-Netra Bikram Chand (Biplav) led group were arrested from Rukum West. Among the arrested are 24-year-old Prem Bahadur Bohara (Prashant), also a district president of a student organization of the group, 16-year-old Navin Wali, 19-year-old Sagar Budha, 17-year-old Abhishek Budhamgar, and 27-year-old Kiran Rasaili.
They were arrested on January 31 on the basis of special information that the organization was expanding in Musikot Municipality-1, Rawalbada and on the charge of planting a pressure cooker bomb in Biswani of Triveni Rural Municipality-6 on January 23.
