The Prachanda-Madhav faction of the Nepal Communist Party (NCP) staged torch rally on Wednesday in Manthali, Ramechhap against PM KP Oli's decision of dissolving the House of Representatives.
The rally was held on the eve of a general strike called by the group for Thursday against the unconstitutional move of Prime Minister KP Oli.
