Cadres of Prachanda-Madhav faction clash with police in Kathmandu

A clash broke out between cadres of Dahal-Nepal faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) and police in Koteshwor, Kathmandu. The situation became tense after a motorcycle was vandalized by the group.
The Dahal-Nepal group called a general strike in protest of the government's new appointments to various constitutional bodies.
