Two youths, 21-year-old Kanishchal Jung Shah and 19-year-old Prashant Bahadur Deuba, have filed a petition at the District Administration Office demanding the protection of their human rights. They alleged the four civil policemen posted at the District Police Office, Jajarkot of giving death threats to them .
They stated that on February 6 , on the way to their home after meeting a friend in jail, the police stopped them near a forest and threatened to kill them by showing pistol as well as forced them to confess the crime of vandalizing Thaple's house and the motorcycle of the survey office. Registering the petition, Chief District Officer Baral has assured to take action against the accused policemen after investigating the true facts of the incident.
