Cadres of Prachanda-Nepal faction stage demonstration in Hetauda demanding Jhankri's release

Students and youth leaders of the NCP-Prachanda-Nepal group staged a demonstration in Hetauda demanding the release of leader Ram Kumari Jhankri. The group in Simachok and Buddhachowk areas of Hetauda chanted slogans against the government and demanded her release.
Police had arrested Jhankri, a leader of the NCP-Prachanda-Nepal faction, from Shamkhul on February 11 for making inappropriate remarks about President Bidhyadevi Bhandari.
