Indian smugglers have attacked the armed police in Nepal after they tried to stop the illegal excavation of sand from the Oriya River at Pipadadhi of Parsa Jagarnathpur Rural Municipality-1.
When a joint team of the Armed Police Outpost Pidariguthi and Mahadevpatti tried to stop the illegal sand mining, the locals of Gadiani Bhangaha, India, attacked the Armed Police Force with sticks, shovels and stones. The injured are undergoing treatment at the local health facility of the Armed Police Force.
