About a dozen children were used on Friday to hang and decorate flags for a public meeting to be held by the NCP-Oli group at the premises of Siddeshwari Higher Secondary School in Butwal on February 11. Involving young children in such political programs is considered a violation of children's rights.

The Oli group was going to demonstrate in Butwal on February 12, which is considered to have a relative stronghold, as there was no public participation in the general assembly of the group held in Kathmandu.
