Two youths arrested on the charge of raping a man in Jhapa

A 30-year-old man was raped by two men in Lukuni Bay of Biring River in Kankai Municipality-7, Jhapaon February 13 and is severely injured. According to police, he is undergoing treatment at Birta City Hospital in Birtamod.
Police have arrested 19-year-old Paras Tamang of Kankai Municipality-6 and 21-year-old Binod Tud of Kankai Municipality-7 on the charge of their involvement in the case. The victim who sustained injuries in the incident is receiving treatment at Birta City Hospital in Birtamod, according to police. The victim is yet to file a complaint against the accused.
