While requesting information about the operation of the railway under the direction of the province chief, General Manager of the Railway Department, Guru Prasad Bhattarai has insulted the personal secretary of the chief of province-2, Anil Paswan and threatened to abduct him.

 

The audio record of the threat was made public in which both are heard uttering the accusation for about 4 minutes, expressing their anger based on their political influence. General Manager Bhattarai is considered close to Prime Minister KP Oli, while Paswan is known to be close to  NCP's Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda'.
