A dispute erupted between Gokarna Sharma and Netra Prasad Bastola both employees of Land revenue office in the Kathmandu District Court in front of the judge in Session No. 14 on February 15 while the judge was in the process of conducting a case study. Bastola punched Sharma and the injured Sharma is undergoing treatment at the Trauma Center.

According to court sources, Sharma and Bastola have been at loggerheads on how to correct earlier court's order issued on November 14 in the name of land revenue office. Sharma initially stated that the letter should be issued in the name of the office while Bastola said it should be issued directly to the head of the office.
