Kathmandu, Laingik hinsa ko antya ko lagi kada kaunu aabsayak: Mahila Adhikarkarmi KATHMANDU: Women’s rights activists have accused the government of failing to prepare a tough law against sexual violence. The government is yet to take steps to make women feel safe in the country, they said. They claimed that the government is yet to adopt a fair approach to solve the issues of gender-based violence. According to National Alliance of Women Human Right Defenders, the government is in process of registering a bill on GBV in the Parliament. “The bill was prepared to achieve gender equality and end gender-based violence, which we believe would be passed soon.” Rally, awareness campaigns, interactions and regular sit-in protests are being organised in various districts in all five regions to demand justice for GBV victims and curb such crimes. महिल
