Locals in Kalikot torch Jeep over child's death in accident

Prem Simkhada, a two-year-old boy was killed after being hit by a Bolero Jeep (plate number May 1 Ja 1149) at Shantighat Bazaar under Karnali Corridor of Raskot Municipality Ward No. 7 of Kalikot district on February 17.
After the death of the child, angry locals have torched the jeep. The child was hit while crossing the road, and the locals alleged that the driver backed the vehicle to kill the child who was injured.
