The Comprehensive Civil Movement staged a march rally on February 19 against the dissolution of the House of Representatives in Tundikhel demanding the access of Tundikhel to the public, stating it as the symbol of democracy. The rally started from Ratna Park and reached the Mahankal temple. There was a heavy presence of the Nepal Army inside Tundikhel and the protestors were not successful in entering the Tundikhel premises.
