Puspakamal Dahal and Madhav Kumar Nepal faction of Nepal Communist Party (NCP) padlocked the party office of Jhapa district, on Saturday. Dahal-Nepal faction district in-charge Rabin Koirala said they had padlocked the party office as the two sides agreement of not opening the office until the finalization of the party’s official status was broked by the KP Oli side.

However, the KP Oli faction district chairperson Chintan Pathak said they will open and work from the party office by breaking the lock.
