KATHMANDU: Voting at polling station (D) of the Koteshwor-based Saraswoti Secondary School was delayed due to some technical problems in electronic voting machines. The voting began at 8:30, though scheduled for 7:00 am, after the arrangement of a new machine. A high-level team comprising Chief Election Officer Nil Kantha Upreti, had reached the poling centre.
