Tension arose between Nepali labourer and manager of the Chinese Sino-Hydro corporation at Package no. 2 of the  140 MW Tanahu Hydropower project. While the operator Pushkar Thapa was cleaning the excavator, he accidentally spread water over a Chinese man after which the Chinese hit stone in the excavator. The glasses of the excavator was damaged from the incident.
