A clash broke out between students closer to Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli faction and Prachanda-Madhav faction of NCP at Ratna Rajya Laxmi (RR) Campus in Kathmandu.
Kathmandu-based Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ashok Singh told Ratopati that Prachanda-Nepal leaders Shishir Basyal and Minraj Pandey who were involved in the clash were taken under control.
This morning, student leaders close to the Prachanda-Nepal group had set up a reception room inside the campus. The controversy erupted after a banner hung in the reception room was torn down by Oli's supporters.
