Khotang/ June 24 Kamala Darji, 25, of Mattim VDC-8 has lodged a complaint at district police office of Diktel on June 22 against her husband Kumar Chahara, 29, accusing him of depriving her for food and clothes. The complaint states that the victim was physically and mentally tortured by the accused since they were married two years ago. She further complained that he never looked after their two children and even issued death threat. A letter has been sent to area police office of Mattim to hold a discussion between the two sides, said SI Manoj Yadav of district police office Diktel.
