The right ear of Dhan Bahadur Bhandari of Kedarsyu Rural Municipality Ward No. 5 was cut off during the fight regarding financial transactions in Bajhang on March 7. The victim has lodged a complaint against local Pratap Bohara alleging he cut off his ear.
