Family members of 45-year-old Nanhak Mahato Nuniya of Suwarna rural Municipality-7 have accused District Police Office Bara of not registering a complaint of murder against 35-year-old Sudhir Singh, 45-year-old Jagat Paswan and 32-year-Old Chandan Paswan of Suwarna Rural Municipality-7. Nanhak's family has accused the three of strangling him to death on March 8. 

The family went to lodge a complaint at the District Police Office on March 9 alleging 35-year-old Sudhir Singh, 45-year-old Jagat Paswan, and 32-year-old Chandan Paswan, son of Jagat Paswan of the same municipality on the charge of strangling Nuniya to death. INSEC Bara representative upon being contacted by the deceased's brother Ramsewak Mahato requested ASI Naganarayan Prasahad Kurmi to start an investigation into the incident.
