Khotang,Balvivahka Aaropit dharautima riha. Khotang/ June 25 The district court of Khotang has released Bhal Kaji Rai, 21, of Jalapa VDC-6 on bail amount of Rs 10,000. He was accused of forcefully marrying Kopila Rai, 14, of Makpa VDC-4. A complaint was lodged against the accused by the victim’s family at district police office of Diktel on May 31. On the same day the accused was arrested by the police. He was released on bail by a decision of district judge Ishwori Prasad Gautam on June 24. The accused forcefully married her on various pretexts on May 25. Other accused Japan Rai, 35 and Madan Rai, 24, involved in arranging the marriage are at large. The complaint was lodged against them on June 2 at district police office. D
