Pokhra, patni hatya ko aropit pati faraar. POKHARA, JUN 29 - Binod KC of Dhikurpokhari-1, Kaski, allegedly murder ed his 30-year-old wife Bindu. The victim was found dead in the kitchen of their residence on Saturday morning. Police suspect that Binod, who is on the run, beat the victim to death as there were multiple injuries in the body. Police Inspector Roshan Khadka, who reached the incident site for investigation, said the victim might have been thrashed to death on Friday night following a dispute. According to the neighbours, the suspect often drinks alcohol and quarrels with the family members. They informed the police that the couple had a dispute on Friday evening as well. The victim was the second wife of Binod, while his first wife has been staying at her maternal house for past three months. Police had earlier arrested the suspect as his first wife complained of physically and mental torture time and again. The dead body was taken to Western Regional Hospital in Pokhara for postmortem.
