20-year-old Ishwar Rai of Manohara's squatter settlement was found murdered apparently from a khukuri attack at a cow farm in Sipadol, Suryabinayak Municipality-8 of Bhaktapur. Police arrested 20-year-old Ashish Khulal of Suryabinayak in Kathmandu on the charge of his involvement in the murder.

During the interrogation, it has been revealed that Khulal attacked Ishwar with Khukuri during a dispute. The accused also confessed the involvement of other two youths, Younis Yonjan and Sunil Bal, in the incident, who ran out of the window after hitting Rai with a khukuri.
