Okhaldhunga/ July 7 Chumana Baniya, 28, of Kuntadevi VDC-4 has lodged a complaint at Women and Children Service Center on July 4 against her mother-in-law Tulsa Baniya, 60, and sister-in-law Sharmila Baniya, 29 accusing them of misbehaving and expelling her from the house. The victim was expelled from the house accusing her of having an extra-marital affair while her husband was away. Chumana said she was living with her parents at Baksha VDC-7 since she was forced out of the house. She further complained her husband of abusing her over a telephone regarding the incident. The district legal aid committee has been referred for the legal treatment regarding the incident, Secretary Member of the domestic violence case registering committee advocate Tukraj Niraula said adding a court case of domestic violence will be filed against the accused.
