Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) leader Lalita Das, a resident of Lahan Municipality -1 filed a complaint of indecent treatment against Ram Pravesh Baitha, vice-chairperson of Dalit Development Committee of province-2. Lalita accused Ram of sending her a message on Facebook offering her to have a physical relationship with him and then abusing her when she declined on March 22.
