Baglung/ July 8 The District Court of Baglung has ordered to remand Yam Kumari BK, 28, of Kungkhani VDC-5 in custody on charge of murdering a minor. She has been accused of strangulating a newborn baby boy and burying him in a ditch near a jungle on June 6. The locals informed about the incident to the Area Police Office of Burtiwang. The accused gave a birth to a baby boy after having an affair with Jit Bahadur BK, 36, of same VDC-6. She has been arrested by the police on the same day and was presented to a court. The court remanded her in the custody, spokesperson Shailendra Khadka of DPO said. It has been revealed during the investigation that she had an affair with Khagendra BK alias Khimraj, 25, of Bungdovan VDC-5 as well. Jit Bahadur and Khagendra were released on bail amount of Rs 20,000 each according to the court order.
