Lila Raj Khatiwada of Urlabari-7 is accused of posting a video from Kiran Bajagain's YouTube account threatening to kill the mayor Phago and his family in an encounter. Kirat Yakthung Chumlung Municipal Committee Urlabari and Chaubise Ekta Samaj Nepal Branch Committee Urlabari have issued separate press releases demanding action against the accused and security for the mayor's family.
