Syangja,balatkaar prayaska aropit purvapaksh ka laagi thunama. Syangja/July 9 The district court has remanded Arjun Rai, 23, in custody on July 9 on charge of trying to rape a 64-year-0ld woman. According to police, the accused had physically abused the elderly while she was returing home from market. He had taken the elderly to a ditch from the road and escaped when she retaliated, police said. Police found him through the mobile phone set which he had left in the incident site. The accused was charged with rape attempt following the victim's complaint on June 12.
