Two arrested on charge of raping a teen girl in Palpa

Police arrested a 44-year-old Purnachandra Bahadur Basnet and 43-year-old Chandra Bahadur BK of Tinau Rural Municipality in Palpa on the charge of raping a 13-year-old child. The accused were arrested on a basis of a complaint lodged by the victim’s side alleging the accused of raping the victim on separate dates. The last date of the victim raped was May 13.
