Javir Rain, a 26-year-old son of Moslim Rhine of Matihani Municipality-3 died in a violent two-sided dispute over toilet construction in Bardaha village of Matihani Municipality-3 in Mahottari district on May 18. Moslim Rhine had a dispute with his cousin Motalib Rhine over the issue of toilet construction where bamboo sticks and sticks were hurled from both sides.
During the clash, Motalib hit Javir on the head with a bamboo stick while Motalib Raine, Chotan Raine, Hazrat Raine, and Meena Khatun were seriously injured. The seriously injured Javir died on the way for his further treatment. Police have arrested Motaliv Rhine and Asraf Rhine on the charge of being involved in the incident and an investigation is underway.
