Two arrested on charge of assault in Parsa

40-year-old Mohammad Akbar and Mohammad Usman of the Jagarnathpur Chowk in Birgunj Metropolitan City-22 were beaten by Parma Yadav and Umar Yadav after they were hit by a motorcycle. Police arrested them after getting information about the incident.
