Kathmandu, Hatya ko arop ma giraftaar. KATHMANDU: Police arrested a couple on charge of killing a 25-year-old youth in Gokarna on the outskirts of Kathmandu on Wednesday. Police said Gopal Bhujel (40) of Nepaldanda-5, Bhojpur and his wife Kopila (35) fatally hit Bijay Tamang of Dolakha with an iron rod in Gokarna-6 yesterday night. The seriously injured Lama was rushed to the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, Maharajgunj, where he breathed his last at around 1:25 am in the wee hours of Thursday. The duo, who were under the influence of alcohol, had attacked Lama over a dispute yesterday. Police are looking into the case.
