Five arrested on charge of murder in Kathmandu

Police arrested five persons on the charge of murdering Man Bahadur Ghising, a resident of Bakaiya-1 of Makwanpur, on May 22 night in a carpet factory at Kirtipur in Kathmandu. Among the arrested are Bhagat Bahadur Bal, Kshetra Bahadur Bal, Jagat Bahadur Bal, Biru Gole and Bishal Moktan. All of them including the deceased were carpet factory labourers.
A preliminary investigation has revealed Man Bahadur was killed during a fight over alcohol. The body of the deceased has been kept at the Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital for postmortem.
