Nawalparasi/July 14, Madhu Giri, 27, of Paudi Amarai VDC-8 in Gulmi and Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, 30, of Darling VDC-1 in Baglung have been remanded in custody by the district court order on July 14 over a case of human trafficking and transportation. The duo was arrested at Indian border in Rampurawa VDC-7 on June 14, 2014 while taking five women to India under the pretext of sending them abroad for employment. Police had rescued Alisa Tamang of Lalitpur, Khurpa Tamang, 23, of Rasuwa, Nirmala Tamang, 40, of Dhading, Min Maya Tamang, 19, of Rasuwa and Kumari Limbu, 19, of Tehrathum with help from KI Nepal, an organization working against human trafficking. The two were held in custody for investigation after the victims filed a complaint against them on June 16. They were presented before court through the district government attorney on July 13 after which the court ordered to remand them in custody on July 14. According to police, search for another accused Arun Pandey, 30, proprietor of KS Limited Security Services Nepal is ongoing. Narayan Parajuli गुल्मी जिल्ला पौदी अमराई गाविस-८ निवासी २७ वर्षीय मधु गिरी र जिल्ला बाग्लुङ दर्लिङ गाविस-१ निवासी ३० वर्षीय टोपबहादुर रायमाझी मानव बेचबिखन तथा ओसारपसार मुद्दामा असार ३० गते जिल्ला अदालतको आदेशमा पुर्पक्षको लागि थुनामा गएका छन् । अरोपितहरुले जेठ ३१ गते ललितपुरकी एलिसा तामाङ, रसुवाकी २३ वर्षीया खुर्पा तामाङ, धादिङ धार्के गाविस-४ की ४० वर्षीया निर्मला तामाङ, रसुवा जिल्ला थुमाङ-१ निवासी १९ वर्षीया मिनमाया तामाङ र तेह्रथुमकी १९ वर्षीया कुमारी लिम्बूलाई वैदेशिक रोजगारीमा पठाउने बहानामा भारत तर्फलैजाँदै गर्दा रमपुरवा गाविस-७ भारतीय सीमाबाट के.आई. नेपालको सहयोगमा प्रहरीले उद्धार गरेको थियो । पीडितहरुले असार २ गते आरोपितहरु विरुद्ध किटानी जाहेरी दिएकोमा सोही दिन प्रहरीले उनीहरुलाई गिरफ्तार गरी अनुसन्धानका लागि हिरासतमा राखेको थियो । सरकारी वकिल कार्यालय मार्फत आरोपितहरुलाई असार २९ गते जिल्ला अदालत पेश गरेकोमा अदालतको आजको आदेशमा पुर्पक्षको लागि थुनामा गएका हुन् । घटनामा संलग्न रहेका अर्का आरोपित काठमाडौँ मनपा-१७ मा रहेको के.एस. लि. सेक्युरिटी र्सर्भिस नेपालका सञ्चालक ३० वर्षीय अरुण पाण्डे फरार रहेकोले प्रहरीले खोजि जारी राखेको जनाएको छ ।
