Police arrested Shukraraj Limbu, a 56-year-old resident of Andheri in Mechinagar Municipality-5 on the charge of killing his 40-year-old friend Bhim Raj Limbu of the same place on June 15.  According to police, Shukra Raj has confessed that he strangled Limbu to death by tying a crack bandage around his neck over a personal dispute. Locals had informed the police after they saw Limbu's body with a bandage around his neck and blood dripping from his mouth. The body was taken to Mechi Hospital for autopsy and further investigation is underway, police said.
