Police arrested Max Kumar, a 29-year-old youth of Jahada Rural Municipality-5 in Morang on the charge of attempting to assault the chairman and vice-chairman of Jahada municipality on June 17 . The rural municipality's Chairman Kailash Prasad Mandal and Vice-Chairman Shalo Shah were allegedly beaten up during a dispute over road expansion.
